AITs headquarters in Plano, Texas occupies an 18,000 square foot office facility, with 5,000 square feet dedicated to warehouse and fabrication and 3,000 square feet dedicated to laboratory and testing facilities. The AIT Plano office houses Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Documentation, Purchasing, Software & Electronics Design and Manufacture, and Support. AIT's facility in Bothell, Washington, near Seattle, specializes in the design of precision machines and tools. Its personnel are experienced in using CATIA, AutoCAD, Pro/E, and SolidWorks. The 5,000 square foot facility houses 12 CATIA Stations running V4 and V5, conducts stress analysis testing and has Unigraphics capability. AITs Bothell design team works in close contact with the project managers and mechanical and software engineers at AIT headquarters in Plano to arrive at innovative and efficient solutions that meet customer needs. Our two fabrication, high-precision machining and assembly facilities in Aldergrove, British Columbia, Canada, give AIT the ability to make systems more affordable, as well as reduce lead time. Our design and support facility, located in Getafe, Spain, near Madrid, was opened in December of 2003. The 3,000 square foot facility houses eight CATIA Stations running V4 and V5, FAE, SolidWords and Uni Graphics and has stress analysis testing capability.
